New Bolivia Visa Restrictions 2007 2008

Effective December 1, 2007, US passport holders travelling to Bolivia will require:

1. A visa with 30 day validity – cost $134.00
2. US tourists will be required to present proof of adequate funds and hotel reservations for the duration of the trip, or a notarized invitation from a Bolivian citizen
3. A valid proof of yellow fever vaccination (a health center or clinic must issue a “yellow card” and certify the yellow fever vaccine)
